1. We are now set up to accept most major credit cards for your course tuition. You now have the option of paying by cash, money order, or credit card. If you are registering for the additional Power Meditation and Applied Spirituality please check the box below. Power Meditation and Applied Spirituality And now all the "fine print" stuff And now for the fine print. At first glance it may seem a bit onerous however this is a standard clause that’s included in all our retreat registrations so covers not only the weekend retreats but also the global excursions. In essence it states that you are accountable for your safety and to act responsible during the weekend.     Cancellation Terms (Registrant) : Cancellations must be made in writing either through postal mail or email. WE WILL contact you as soon as we receive your notice so if you have not heard from us with in a reasonable amount of time after submitting your request please follow up to ensure we received it.   Cancellations received prior to 30 days of the event will be returned by money order sent through registered mail less a $25.00 handling charge.   Cancellations received prior to 15 days of the event will have a credit applied to their account, which may be used towards an upcoming retreat, or other services offered by The Healing Center. The Healing Center will make every reasonable effort to work with you to attend another retreat of this nature however cannot guarantee this to be so. This credit will be held until used through other services or 6 months from the retreat date, which ever comes first. If the credit is not used in either of the manners stated above it will be forfeited.   Cancellations received within 15 days of the event will have their deposit forfeited with the remainder of any registration monies forwarded returned through a money order sent via registered mail.     Cancellation Terms (The Healing Center) :The Healing Center and Reiki Retreats International reserve the right to cancel the course at any time and if so will return all registration monies through a money order sent via registered mail.   By selecting YES in the signature box below you affirm that you have read and completely understand the information and conditions stated above, and agree to all contents herein. Flyer correct at time of printing and subject to change.     Signature No Yes  Date       RELEASE/RESPONSIBILITY: The registrant, by signing this Retreat Registrant Agreement, agrees that The Healing Center and its representatives, except for their gross negligence or willful misconduct, shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity that may be occasioned for any reason, including, but not limited to any defect in a vehicle, the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying a registrant, acts of God, terrorism, acts of war, or detention; delays or expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, force majeure, civil disturbances, government restrictions or regulations, accidents by aircraft, boat, bicycle or motor vehicle, or in any restaurant or accommodation; failure of any means of transportation to arrive or depart as scheduled or changes in transit, or villa services; missed airline or other transportation connections; or for additional expenses resulting from changes in exchange rates, tariffs, or itinerary. The registrant agrees to assume all risks associated with the Retreat and agrees that no liability will attach to  The Healing Center, its employees or agents, or to any member of the Retreat in respect of death, personal injury, illness or delay of the passenger, or for any loss of or damage to the property (including luggage) of the registrant during the course of the Retreat, howsoever caused. By signing this Retreat Registrant Agreement, the registrant releases  The Healing Center and its representatives from any such responsibility or liability, except as hereinabove set forth. The liability of common carriers is generally limited and, therefore, it is suggested that registrants purchase their own cancellation, property damage (including luggage), and accident insurance. For the benefit of everyone on your Retreat,  The Healing Center reserves the right to accept or reject any registrant at any time without liability, and in the event it determines, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that a registrant is disruptive to the harmony of the Retreat, it may without any obligation to pay a refund or any other amount whatsoever, expel such registrant from the Retreat. The Healing Center will have no responsibility or liability for any registrant who leaves the Retreat prior to its conclusion or for any activity undertaken by any registrant, which is not included on the Retreat itinerary.   I/we have read and understand the foregoing Registrant Agreement and, by making my advance payment as set forth above,
