How our workshop dates are scheduled
If you have been following our workshop calendar you may have noticed that on occasion some workshop dates will seem to change frequently. Here's the reason why.
We teach workshops through out Western Canada and the United States. Because we teach in so many locales we find ourselves quickly running out of weekends before we run out of areas in which we teach. Also, because we keep our class sizes so small (Maximum of 4 students with 1 teacher 8 with 2) and offer custom workshops we created the following system to allow us to be as flexible as we can to meet everyone's desires.
When you look at the class dates you will either see the word (scheduled) or (confirmed).
If it's confirmed it means we have at least one student registered with a confirmed tuition. This date is now locked in and WILL NOT change.
If you see scheduled it means we have planned a workshop for that date but it is also SUBJECT TO CHANGE if our schedule requires it for another location. However rest assured that as soon as you register and confirm with your tuition for a scheduled date it automatically is locked in. So, if you're thinking about attending a workshop and visit the workshop website over a period of time before registering you MAY notice that the date has changed.
