First of all I just want to thank you for all your inspiration and encouragement you've given me since we've met. I'm on this wonderful path and there's no going back, I wouldn't want to. I can't say thank you enough.

Anyway, I just wanted to share my little ahah! moment with you. As you know for the last week or so I've been going through "something" and couldn't figure out what it was. The fear, panic and other emotions that I was feeling were indeed mine, and after meditation last night when I said I thought I was releasing all kinds of stuff and indeed I was. Today I realized what it all was about. I think that I've been afraid of my own strength and power! Having let go of that fear, today, I feel like a whole different person again! I feel like I've reclaimed part of myself that I've lost or forgotten along the way. I'm sure you know what I mean because it is really hard to put into words. It is as if I can embrace my own strength and power and there is nothing I can't do or face. It is so amazing and I feel like I'm just "bubbling" inside. (Yeah I just want hug everyone but then they'll really think I've flipped). I feel so "new" but I know that is how is should be.

I just wanted to share this with you and encourage you in your journey in helping and guiding others along this path.

I knew very little to almost nothing about Reiki or what it involved when my
sister asked me to take a course in it with her. Having just made a New
Year's resolution to try new things I agreed, but never did I expect that it
would open up a new door to greater enlightenment. The Usui Reiki level one
course we took with Russ showed me how unaware I have been of my
surroundings and living "in the moment". With practicing Reiki I am able to
reconnect with myself and be "in the moment". Russ has been very helpful in
answering my many questions, even way after the course. His sharing of
knowledge and experiences are certainly helping me in my own journey and I
would recommend this course to anyone interested in learning more about
Reiki and its effects.
